This course explores a variety of current legal, political, social, cultural and economic issues as they relate to educational policy and decision making. As applicable, selected core and supplemental content and skills from the district level educator standards of the Indiana Standards for School Leaders and ELCC/NPBEA standards are addressed in this course. Emphasis is on the integration of theory and practice. Prerequisite: EDST 51200. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
