Fall 2024 Laboratory Laboratory Preparation Upper DivisionA survey of the principles and practices of field production of horticultural crops: fruits, vegetables, herbs, and nursery crops. Production principles will be discussed in lab prep while laboratory exercises will emphasize practical hands-on experience in modern technology of specialty crop production including management inputs, cultivar selection, crop manipulation, harvesting and handling.
