Fall 2026 Lecture Upper DivisionThis course will create an opportunity for junior and senior level students to identify and document key career readiness skills they have been developing throughout their college career. Students will complete assignments geared toward enhancing their ability to highlight their skills and competencies to prospective employers. Class sessions will include guest lectures from employers in various industries about success factors for new college graduates.
Learning Outcomes1Demonstrate proficiency in career readiness competencies, including career and self-development, communication, critical thinking, leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and technology.
2Engage with industry professionals. Interact with employers to gain practical insights and understand industry expectations for young professionals.
