Summer 2026 Distance Learning Lecture Upper DivisionThe Health-Related Social Needs course is designed to provide the student with skills to build foundational knowledge in health-related social needs incorporating public health and health systems, creative and practical thinking, integrating information and ideas, making human connections, developing new interests, and self-directed learning. The course focuses on the impact of social constructs on health, access to health care, and relevance to the fields of pharmacy and public health. Application of information to practical scenarios will develop skills in identifying health-related social needs and potential resources for support.
