Summer 2026 Lecture Recitation Lower DivisionThis course is designed to support incoming College of Science students in their transition to Purdue University by developing the mindset, skills, and identity of a scientist. Through interactive workshops, reflection, and hands-on experiences, students will explore how they learn, think critically, collaborate effectively, and communicate scientific ideas. Students will also engage with research pathways and build a personalized plan for success in their first year. By the end of the course, students will have a deeper understanding of themselves as learners and emerging scientists, along with the tools needed to thrive academically and professionally.
