Fall 2026 Distance Learning Upper DivisionThe undergraduate internship course is designed as a culminating learning experience for students nearing graduation. Students will engage in a field-based HR experience that provides professional immersion in human resources, allowing them to apply knowledge acquired in the classroom to organizational practice. In addition to developing professional skills, students will examine how artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies are influencing HR practices in their host organizations. The course emphasizes reflection and professional development, helping students connect their 350-hour HR-related experience to both traditional and emerging approaches in the field.

2Apply knowledge and theories from HR coursework to real-world organizational practices and challenges.
