This course explores the concept of learning within the interdisciplinary field of Human Resource Development, focusing on how people learn in different environments in the workplace - both formal (e.g., training) and informal (e.g., on the job). The course will cover theoretical frameworks, learning methods, and practical applications to enhance workplace learning and outcomes.
