Fall 2026 Lecture Laboratory
This advanced course develops AI leaders capable of driving financial innovation at enterprise scale. Building on the DRIVER methodology from the foundational course, students progress from operating individual AI systems to leading organization-wide AI initiatives that create competitive advantage. The curriculum combines strategic system design, organizational leadership, and financial expertise. Students learn to orchestrate multiple AI technologies, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business value through well-governed AI deployments.
