Fall 2026 Lecture Upper DivisionTaxation and estate planning are essential components of personal financial planning. This course provides a comprehensive overview of essential tax and estate planning concepts in alignment with Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Board guidelines. Students will explore federal and state tax structures, key tax optimization strategies, and core estate transfer techniques including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
