Summer 2026 Lecture Upper DivisionThis course helps students transition from a validated solution to a scalable venture by focusing on assembling the critical resources needed for launch and long-term success. Building on X1 and X2, it shifts from solution development to securing the right team, customer traction, strategic partnerships, and sustainable funding. Through hands-on engagement with potential customers, investors, and partners, students refine their model and identify the best pathway - whether as a startup, business unit, or product extension. Over the summer, they will receive financial support, collaborate in a shared environment, and ultimately pitch their venture to attract the necessary resources for launch. Permission of instructor required.
