Summer 2026 Distance Learning Upper DivisionThis course will prepare veterinary nursing students for the Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE). Students will be introduced to VTNE qualification and registration procedures and standardized test-taking strategies. The primary focus will be reviewing the ten knowledge domains covered on the VTNE and requirements for local credentialing (e.g., state, province).
Learning Outcomes1Describe the application and testing process of the VTNE.
2Identify study skills to prepare for the VTNE.
3Describe components of each of the ten domains on the VTNE.
4Locate resources and review materials for the VTNE.
