Spring 2026 Lecture Departmental CreditUpper DivisionApplied Leadership in Engineering Technology is the ability to inspire and guide engineering and technology-focused teams and organizations to achieve strategic outcomes. The successful engineering and technology leader creates value at the intersection of technical systems and human systems. This course introduces students to evidence-based, practice-proven frameworks and tools related to (1) leadership impact, (2) high-performing teams, and (3) resilient organizations and ecosystems.
