Spring 2026 Distance Learning Upper DivisionThis course provides an overview of the role of tech diplomacy in international relations and foreign policy, focusing on how emerging technologies can disrupt global power structures and create both risks and opportunities. Students will study core theories, analyze case studies, and develop skills in applied research and communication.
