Spring 2026 Lecture Upper DivisionThis course is intended to provide a more narrowly focused analysis of selected problems and topics that are briefly presented in POL 350 and 351, giving special emphasis to their conceptual frameworks and their significance in the history of political philosophy. This course also will allow students to see the practical role of the political theorist by stressing the methods and criteria used in the selection, formulation, and solution of problems in political philosophy. Course topics will be different each semester.
