This fully online course explores the interplay between food, nutrition, and health. Students learn how macronutrients, micronutrients, and bioactive compounds influence wellness and disease prevention, while also considering the role of culture, sustainability, and personal behavior in shaping dietary choices. Through a combination of video lectures, discussions, and project-based assignments, learners gain practical skills for making healthier food decisions, engaging in mindful eating, and critically evaluating food innovations.
