Fall 2025 Lecture Upper DivisionVenture creation drives progress by solving complex challenges, addressing pressing problems, and unlocking new opportunities. It begins with a deep understanding of stakeholder needs, customer pain points, and systemic challenges through rigorous observation and direct engagement. This course helps students lay that foundation by identifying a problem space they care about and embarking on a discovery journey. By the end, they will define their Challenge X - a clear, high-impact problem or opportunity that could inspire a new venture. Permission from Instructor is required.
