This course introduces essential Excel skills for finance, including data organization, basic calculations, and summary analysis. Through hands-on projects, students develop practical spreadsheets and formatting skills for real-world applications. No prior Excel experience is required.

Learning Outcomes

1Identify and explain the main functionality of Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs.

2Design effective and professional data presentation using table operations, formatting, and visuals.

3Demonstrate proficiency in various types of data analysis and manipulation, including date/time functions, logical functions, conditional functions, statistical functions, financial functions, and text functions.
