Fall 2025 Lecture Upper DivisionUnderstanding how and why consumers make decisions about purchasing goods, services, and experiences allows companies to tailor their business strategies, product development, and customer service efforts to meet the specific needs and preferences of their target customer base. This course addresses the growing demand for professionals to better understand psychological, social and situational influences of consume behavior. This course provides students not only with an understanding of consumer behavior concepts and theories, but also with the tools and methodologies that can be directly applied to real-world scenarios to navigate dynamic markets, effectively engage customers, and drive business success in today's competitive marketplace.
