Fall 2025 LectureThis seminar focuses on contemporary topics in hospitality and service business research and guides students to produce work that meets the standards of top-tier journals. Key topics include corporate strategy, consumer behavior, branding, marketing, human resource management, and the application of big data and technology. Through classroom discussions and research project development, students will critique existing literature, formulate research problems, and develop a theoretically robust and methodologically sound research, with a focus on solving real-world problems in hospitality and service industries.
