The proper application of data analytics is important for optimizing the performance of service enterprises. Spreadsheet programs make it easy to manage and visualize data as well as perform basic data analyses. Microsoft Excel is one of the primary tools used for business reporting and decision-making tasks. In this course, students will receive hands-on training in a wide range of Excel functionalities including using functions and formulas, working with tables, creating charts, and analyzing data using PivotTables. This course will use practical, real-world applications to train students how to make business decisions.
