Spring 2026 Lecture Lower DivisionSuccessfully pursuing a career takes time and intentional effort to build the required expertise to compete in today's job market. As part of the professional development curriculum, this course is designed to equip students with essential skills and knowledge to start the journey in their chosen careers. Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and guest speakers, students will gain insights into various aspects of career planning, job search strategies, personal branding, and professional growth. The course aims to help students become confident, proactive, and well-prepared professionals as they begin their time at university, while aligning with the National Association of Colleges and Employers Career Readiness Competencies.
