This course introduces students to the logic of designing and implementing program evaluations to assess implemented policies and programs. The course examines research designs for different evaluation goals, the application of evaluation strategies, and strategies for reporting results to specialist and non-specialist audiences.

2Explain the different aspects of evaluation, including inputs, outputs, outcomes, impacts, and processes, and identify complementary evaluation strategies.
