Spring 2026 Instructors:
This course gives students a comprehensive understanding of industry incident risk assessment and analyses. Students will learn about Safety Management Systems (SMS) feedback loop processes and techniques utilized to find root causes. Additionally, residual risks of real-world mishaps during flight operations will be examined.
