This course provides students with first-hand knowledge about the field of data visualization and explore a collection of competencies that will help students think through, think about, and think with visual representation of data. Students will explore and examine current careers in data visualization and learn what skills they should work to refine in preparation for future internships and jobs. This course will provide insight into current data visualization literacy requirements in today's data driven world.
