This course will provide students with a framework of information search skills and problem-solving they can utilize in their area of study and in everyday life. It will also incorporate technology literacy components with active learning. Class sessions will consist of lecture, group discussion, demonstrations, and in-class activities and out-of-class activities. The course is intended for first-semester freshman students. Department permission required.
