Heat and mass transfer in moving fluid media; free, forced, and mixed convection for internal and external flows; differential and integral treatments of boundary layer problems; convection analogies for heat, mass, and momentum transfer; combined heat and mass transfer with chemical reactions; special topics and applications to electronic cooling, materials processing, transpiration and film cooling. Prerequisite: ME 31500.
