Spring 2019 RecitationThis course will focus on medical terminology, discovery of different sections of a patient chart, exploration of the components of a SOAP note and other documentation types, orientation to the teaching electronic medical record (tEMR), and reinforcement of the Pharmacists' Patient Care Process (PPCP) with a focus on what is unique or different in the care provided by a pharmacist. A primarily online method for content delivery will be utilized. Multiple in person case-based sessions will be incorporated throughout the semester. Material covered is meant to supplement and augment that gained in PHRM 82600, PHRM 82500, and the PPL sequence. Typically offered Spring.
