Spring 2022 Lecture JEDIUpper DivisionThe course exposes students to the historical, social, cultural and organizational dimensions of gender and leadership. Through research and current events, students become aware of the challenges and opportunities facing individuals who wish to work in historically male-dominated fields and/or who aspire to leadership positions. Students develop self-awareness and practical skills to enhance their leadership abilities through activities and interaction with leaders from a variety of professions and organizations. They enhance the professional, communication and negotiation skills necessary for leadership success. ENTR 47000 serves as an option course for the Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
