Learning Outcomes

1Improve knowledge of vector calculus and multivariable integral calculus.

2Know basic theory of functions of a complex variable, including complex integration.

3Improve knowledge of Taylor series, and extend this to Laurent series.

4Know applications of complex analysis, including conformal mapping and potential theory.
