Spring 2024 Instructors:

Provides a detailed examination of optimum digital communication principles and introduces three advanced topics critical to the design of digital communication systems: system synchronization; techniques for communication in non-ideal channels (equalization); and communication over fading/multipath channels. Theoretical principles and practical implementations are considered. Prerequisite: ECE 54400, 60000.
