Fall 2026 Instructors:
A review of current managerial, education, and development theories, frameworks, and practices; discussions of fundamental social, economic, and other changes affecting business and the art of managing; implications of these changes for individual development and continued growth. Students will be able to describe, explain, and distinguish a set of frameworks/theoretical approaches to leadership; analyze leadership approaches; and apply leadership approaches to real world cases.
