Fall 2025 LectureThis course focuses on the employer-employee relationship and how managers work with employees to improve their performance. Attention if given to Talent, Talent Management, and Performance Management in the work settings, with an emphasis, however, on contemporary approaches to managing the employer-employee relationship and the systems for managing talent. Various definitions of Employee Engagement will be explored, along with how it is, measured, and why it is so important to your organization. Finally, various methods to engage employees in the organization will be studied.
