An introduction to complete industrial design problems, including problem definition, concepts, resource information, design development, final proposals, and presentation techniques.
Learning Outcomes1Apply knowledge of design for manufacturing and use of materials by creating and fabricating selected projects.
2Evaluate the aesthetics, ergonomics, and manufacturability of designs by participating in in-class design critiques.
