Spring 2025 Lecture Distance Learning Upper DivisionThis course will teach students how to use applied behavior analysis to maximize the potential of an organization. Students will learn the role of a Behavior Analyst in implementing principles of applied behavior analysis to motivate employees, intervene with challenges in the organization, evaluate the program, and collect and deliver ongoing performance feedback. Permission of instructor required.

2State three specialty areas of application of OBM.
3Define Pinpoint and state the four components of behavior pinpointing.
4Describe methods and tools for measurement in OBM.
