Spring 2025 Lecture Distance Learning Upper DivisionThis course develops an understanding of the principles and theoretical foundations of individual and organizational performance management. Emphasis is placed on the perspectives, methodology, and theoretical frameworks as well as applications for performance management from the perspective of human resources professionals.
