Spring 2026 LectureIntended for veterinary medical and biological science graduate students, this course is designed to familiarize them with the appropriate usage (and reporting) of different statistical tests in biomedical research. Students are taught the basic theories underlying the different tests, the data assumptions underlying the application of those tests, and review/critique published scientific articles that employed these tests. Students have the opportunity to describe the appropriate statistical methods to be used in their proposed research and/or report the usage or appropriate statistical tests on their own data.
