Upon completion of this course, students will be able to 1) analyze a response scene to stop the release or potential releases of hazardous substances, and 2) connect knowledge and awareness to meet OSHA requirements (20 CFR 1010.120) for working on projects that involve the handling of hazardous materials. Students successfully completing all requirements will receive their 40 hour HAZWOPER Certification.
