This course teaches students about industry safety standards and the School of Aviation and Transportation Technology's Safety Program. This course will emphasize applying various safety models to accident case studies and reported incidents.

Learning Outcomes

1Identify safety models commonly used by flight operations.

2Differentiate amongst commonly used safety models.

3Given a case study/safety report, students will be able to apply the appropriate safety model to the event.
