Fall 2025 Instructors:

Continuation of CHE 20000. Lectures to acquaint the junior students with professional ethics, career choices, including graduate studies, and services of professional societies.

Learning Outcomes

1Identify the wide range of career opportunities offered by the Bachelor in Chemical Engineering degree.

2Demonstrate an understanding of the need for developing leadership skills, professional integrity and ethical decision making in the professional practice of chemical engineering.

3Demonstrate an understanding of contemporary issues encountered in the professional practice of chemical engineering including business practices, environmental, health, and safety issues and other public interests.

4Demonstrate an appreciation of the need for engaging in life-long learning to maintain and enhance the professional practice of chemical engineering.
