Fundamental issues of interactive multimedia design: Animation, interface design, and experience design from a visual communications perspective.

Learning Outcomes

1Produce proposals, storyboards, and project reports.

2Propose and implement visual communication design strategies for digital media projects.

3Produce design solutions by applying compositional, typographical, and design elements and principles of new media design.

4Apply design skills associated with the use of interface design (GUI).

5Apply design skills associated with the use of experience design concepts.

6Continue to develop computing skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, AdobeAero, etc.).

7Develop design skills to work collaboratively, presential, and remotely.

8Develop illustrational and story-telling design abilities.
