This course explores the theory and application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to measurement systems and the programming necessary to insure product quality.

Learning Outcomes

1Develop a comprehensive understanding of GD&T standards and callouts and how they apply to product quality.

2Develop and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the critical components, capabilities, and software of CMMs and similar product measurement systems.

3Apply uncertainty principles to measurement data to determine critical parameters associated with CD&T controls of product quality.
