This course is designed as an advanced level production course. Through lectures, discussions, critiques, screenings, and various exercises, you will gain experience designing video advertisements. You will develop and refine critical viewing/listening abilities to effectively analyze video content for aesthetic elements and overall message. Additionally, you will apply production techniques pertaining to producing, directing, shooting and editing in the creation of projects for real clients. The coursework consists of three major video projects, and a series of assignments organized under the corporate role that would be performing those tasks.
