Application of previous knowledge and communication skills in foodservice facilities. Student's performance will ultimately include responsibilities equivalent to staff relief. Must have ServSafe Certification (manager level) prior to enrollment.
Learning Outcomes1Achieve a minimum of satisfactory performance on certain competencies provided by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) during supervised practice in professional work setting.
