Fall 2026 Lecture Distance Learning Upper DivisionThis course prepares students to lead and manage human resource activities in a digitally connected, AI-enabled global economy. Students will examine the impact of globalization on HR strategy and practice, with emphasis on cross-cultural leadership, international workforce management, and ethical decision-making. Through case studies and applied activities, students will develop the knowledge and skills needed to address cultural challenges, resolve international HR dilemmas, and contribute to responsible and sustainable global HR practices.
