Fall 2025 Lecture Distance Learning Upper DivisionThis course demonstrates procedures for analyzing tasks related to specific jobs. Topics include collecting occupational data and information, the relevance of job analysis on individual and organizational performance, impact on training and development, and associated legal issues.
Learning Outcomes1Explain the background and progression of job analysis techniques.
2Collect information about jobs and develop an organized job analysis report.
3Conduct job analysis.
4Effectively utilize the Dictionary of Occupational Titles and O*NET to gain occupational information.
