Projects or research of contemporary importance or special interest. Interested students seek a faculty advisor in their area of special interest and together prepare a brief description of the work to be undertaken. May be taken for 1-6 credits in Fall, Spring, or Summer. May be repeated as many times as desired, but only 6 credits may be counted for the technical elective requirement. Permission of instructor required.
