Fall 2025 Lecture Lower DivisionHospitality leaders require a deep understanding of the fundamental principles and practical aspects of managing operations within the dynamic and fast-paced hospitality industry to effectively run a business. This course will address topics including principles of management, organizational structures, managerial decision-making, hospitality metrics, and the responsibilities of managers. Through these topics, the course will strengthen students' understanding of the hospitality industry as it exists today while preparing them for the industry of the future.
