Fall 2025 Instructors:

Engineering leadership is the ability to inspire and guide engineering and technology-focused teams and organizations to achieve strategic outcomes. The successful engineering leader creates value at the intersection of technical systems and human systems. This course introduces students to evidence-based, practice-proven frameworks and tools related to (1) leadership presence, (2) cognitive diversity and psychological safety in teams, and (3) designing and transforming organizations and ecosystems.

2Apply tools and frameworks for effective leadership of engineering and technology-focused teams and organizations.
