Fall 2025 Lecture Distance Learning Upper DivisionEngineering leadership is the ability to inspire and guide engineering and technology-focused teams and organizations to achieve strategic outcomes. The successful engineering leader creates value at the intersection of technical systems and human systems. This course introduces students to evidence-based, practice-proven frameworks and tools related to (1) leadership presence, (2) cognitive diversity and psychological safety in teams, and (3) designing and transforming organizations and ecosystems.
