Fall 2026 Lecture Distance Learning Upper DivisionThis course introduces students to the principles and practices of leading organizational change. Students will learn how to assess readiness for change, design strategic change initiatives, and implement them effectively across a variety of contexts. Topics include change management frameworks, stakeholder engagement, motivation and resistance, ethical challenges, and sustaining long-term change. Through a mix of cases, simulations, and team-based projects, students will gain experience applying change leadership strategies in real-world settings.
