This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the rich and diverse food cultures of Italy and Italian American communities. Through a combination of historical, cultural, visual, and culinary perspectives, students will gain an in-depth understanding of the traditions, influences, and innovations that have shaped Italian and Italian-American cuisine.
